一、性能特点

H600-W是单组分、低粘度、uv/加热固化改性树脂结构胶，在一定波长的紫外光照射下几秒钟内便可以在基材之间形成透明度高粘接层。加热固化可应用于非透明物件的粘接，其优越的粘接性能用于玻璃与金属等无机材料的粘接，具有快速固化，韧性佳，优越的抗冲击性，高抗水性，低收缩率等特性.

二、用途用法

本品用于对玻璃、塑料、金属、电子元器件、手机摄像头、显示屏；光学设备镜头等领域的粘接。本品使用前，涂胶部位应清除油污并清洗干净，将胶涂在其中的一个表面上，合拢两平面，用合适波长及能量的紫外光进行照射，光照时要从中央向周边，并确保紫外线能照透至粘合部位。使用加热固化条件为：点胶后放入烘箱加温100-120℃烘烤30-60分钟即可固化，建议固化后静置24小时后强度最高。

1、 Performance characteristics

H600-w is a one component, low viscosity, UV / heat curing modified resin structural adhesive. It can form a transparent and high adhesive layer between the substrates in a few seconds under a certain wavelength of UV irradiation. Heat curing can be applied to the bonding of non transparent objects. Its superior bonding performance is used for bonding glass to metal and other inorganic materials. It has the characteristics of rapid curing, good toughness, superior impact resistance, high water resistance and low shrinkage

2、 Usage

This product is used for bonding glass, plastic, metal, electronic components, mobile camera, display screen, optical equipment lens and other fields. Before using this product, the oil stain should be removed and cleaned at the glued part. Apply the glue on one of the surfaces, close the two planes, and irradiate it with ultraviolet light of appropriate wavelength and energy. When irradiating, it should be from the center to the periphery, and ensure that the ultraviolet ray can penetrate the bonding part. The curing conditions are as follows: put the glue into the oven, heat it at 100-120 ℃ and bake for 30-60 minutes. It is recommended that the strength is the highest after curing and standing for 24 hours.
