一、产品说明：H600-P 是一种高强度单组份紫外线固化胶，主要适用于PET、APET、PC、PP、PE、PS等低表面能塑料粘接；并适用于PET与各类塑料、金属、玻璃、陶瓷、橡胶等之粘接，具有极强之粘接效果。具有气味低、作业性佳、固化快、高韧性、耐黄变、耐冷热性优异；固化后胶层无色透明、不发白、体积收缩率小、粘性强。

三、照射条件:

500-1000W高压汞灯,主要波长365nm；固化条件 1200mj/cm²，1定位时间为3-5秒，固化时间为30-40秒。具体固化依实测为准。

1、 Product Description: h600-p is a high-strength one component UV curing adhesive, which is mainly used for bonding of low surface energy plastics such as pet, APET, PC, PP, PE, PS, etc. and for bonding of pet with various plastics, metals, glass, ceramics, rubber, etc., with strong bonding effect. It has low odor, good workability, fast curing, high toughness, yellowing resistance, excellent cold and heat resistance; after curing, the adhesive layer is colorless, transparent, non whitening, small volume shrinkage and strong viscosity.

3、 Exposure conditions:

500-1000w high pressure mercury lamp, with main wavelength of 365nm; curing condition of 1200mj / cm2, 1 positioning time of 3-5s, curing time of 30-40s. The specific curing shall be subject to the actual measurement.
