一、产品说明：     H600－T是一种单组份紫外固化光敏树脂，主要用各类模型制作、3D成型、DIY饰品、DIY玩具礼品、工艺饰品表面滴胶保护等，可加色精调多种颜色。具有较低粘度、流动性好、快速表干，快速固化，硬度高，韧性佳，优越的抗冲击性，高抗水性，低收缩率等特性。

三、固化性能：H600-T在空气环境下需要足够的紫外能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量，主要是200-400nm紫外光，推荐使用365nm或395nm紫外光源。

四、照射条件:

395NM紫外线灯以12颗LED为例：照射距离小于3CM，表干时间为30秒，固化厚度大于3MM：

365NM紫外线灯以36W美甲灯为例：表干时间为30秒，固化厚度大于3MM

五、基本操作：

   1、取树脂滴出需要的形状或滴于模具内

   2、等待自动脱泡或挑破气泡

   3、用紫外线灯或紫外线手电对树脂表面进行均匀照射

   4、使用模具倒模固化，建议先用灯对模具底部进行光照5-20秒，然后照顶部进行固化；照顶部时应注意紫外光应一次全部覆盖整个模具，以免边上未照到光而造成树脂因中间先固化而溢出；    

5、保持照射距离3CM以内（不同大小光源需依实际情况调整，此以12LED，波长395NM紫外线手电为例），时间30-60秒，后手触表面确认表面不粘手后即可。

 固化快：表面初步固化1-3秒

表干快：固化到表面不粘手时间为30-60秒

 韧性好：固化后硬且韧，不易脆裂      

气味低：相对正常UV树脂，气味更低，刺激性更小

易着色：可使用常规油性色精进行调色

光泽高：可直接用小灯固化到表干，无须清洗，可保持树脂原有的固化光泽度

3、 Curing performance: h600-t needs enough UV energy radiation to cure in the air environment. The curing rate and curing effect need enough light energy, mainly 200-400nm UV light, 365nm or 395nm UV light source is recommended.

4、 Exposure conditions:

The 395nm ultraviolet lamp takes 12 LEDs as an example: the irradiation distance is less than 3cm, the surface drying time is 30 seconds, and the curing thickness is greater than 3mm

365nm UV lamp take 36W nail lamp as an example: the surface drying time is 30 seconds, and the curing thickness is greater than 3mm

5、 Basic operation:

1. Drop the resin out of the desired shape or into the mold

2. Wait for automatic bubble removal or bursting

3. Evenly irradiate the resin surface with ultraviolet lamp or ultraviolet flashlight

4. It is recommended to use a lamp to light the bottom of the mold for 5-20 seconds, and then light the top for curing. When lighting the top, it should be noted that the UV light should cover the whole mold at one time, so as to prevent the resin from overflowing due to curing in the middle due to no light on the edge;

5. Keep the irradiation distance within 3cm (different sizes of light sources need to be adjusted according to the actual situation, this is 12LED, wavelength 395nm ultraviolet flashlight as an example), the time is 30-60 seconds, and then touch the surface of the hand to confirm that the surface is not sticky.

6、 Features of the product: (take 12LED, wavelength 395nm ultraviolet flashlight as an example, irradiation distance is less than 3cm, resin thickness is less than 3mm)

Fast curing: initial surface curing for 1-3 seconds

Fast surface drying: 30-60 seconds from curing to non sticking

Good toughness: hard and tough after curing, not easy to crack

Low odor: lower odor and less irritation compared with normal UV resin

Easy to color: can use conventional oily color essence for color matching

High gloss: it can be directly cured to the surface with a small lamp without cleaning, and can keep the original curing glossiness of the resin
