一、产品说明：  H600－K是一种单组份紫外固化胶，主要用于线路板电子器件点胶密封保护、各类光学器件粘接固定等,具有快速表干不粘手之特性，本品用于对玻璃、塑料、金属、PC、手机摄像头、显示屏；光学设备镜头等领域的粘接。具有快速固化，韧性佳，优越的抗冲击性，高抗水性，低收缩率等特性。

三、固化性能：H600-K在空气环境下需要足够的紫外能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量，主要是200-400nm紫外光，推荐使用365nm紫外光源。

四、照射条件:

500-1000W高压汞灯,主要波长365nm；固化条件 400mj/cm²

定位：2-3秒，固化10-20秒（具体固化依所用的光源、胶膜厚度及被粘材料测试为准）

3、 Curing performance: h600-k needs enough UV energy radiation to cure in the air environment. The curing rate and curing effect need enough light energy, mainly 200-400nm UV light, 365nm UV light is recommended.

4、 Exposure conditions:

500-1000w high pressure mercury lamp, main wavelength: 365nm; curing condition: 400mj / cm2

Positioning: 2-3 seconds, curing: 10-20 seconds (the specific curing shall be subject to the test of light source, film thickness and glued material used)
