​环氧树脂复台材料的组成成份都有哪些?

环氧树脂复台材料的组成
    环氧树脂复合材料是由环氧树脂基体、增强材料及二者的界面层所组成。
    (1)环氧树脂基体  它是环氧树脂胶液的固化物。环氧树脂胶液是由环氧树脂、固化剂以及促进剂、改性剂、稀释剂、偶联剂和其他助剂组成。根据不同的使用及工艺要求进行选配。
    (2)增强材料多采用纤维及其织物,以及微粒状(粉状)材料。增强效果一般随增强材料长径比的增大而增大。微粒材料的增强效果较低,多用于功能性的复合,如Si02粉用于绝缘料,胶体石墨用于塑料轴承等。但是,随着当前纳米级材料的迅速开发与应用,预计其增强效果和功能性复合效果将会有大幅度提高。大量采用的纤维材料是玻璃纤维及其织物。早期曾用过棉织物,因来源的限制,现在除特殊需要外已很少应用。也可采用化学纤维如聚酯纤维等。在环氧工程塑料中多采用短玻璃纤维,也可使用石棉纤维、棉纤维等。在高性能环氧复合材料中主要采用碳纤维,以及它与芳纶纤维、高强玻璃纤维的混杂纤维。在雷达罩中除了采用E一玻璃纤维和D—玻璃纤维外,还可采用介电性能更好的石英纤维。
    (3)环氧树脂基体与增强材料的界面层  在环氧树脂与增强材料复合的过程中,在它们之间形成了界面层。界面层的结构及性能与环氧树脂基体及增强材料都不相同。高质量的界面层性能保证了基体和纤维潜在能力的高度发挥和复合效应的充分实现。

Epoxy resin composite is composed of Epoxy resin matrix, reinforcing material and their interface layer.

(1) Epoxy resin matrix is the cured product of epoxy resin adhesive. Epoxy resin adhesive is composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator, modifier, diluent, coupling agent and other additives. According to different use and process requirements.

(2) The reinforcing materials are mostly fiber and fabric, and particulate (powder) materials. The reinforcement effect generally increases with the increase of the length diameter ratio. Because of the low reinforcing effect of particulate materials, they are mostly used for functional composite, such as SiO2 powder for insulating materials, colloidal graphite for plastic bearings, etc. However, with the rapid development and application of nano scale materials, it is expected that the strengthening effect and functional composite effect will be greatly improved. Glass fiber and its fabric are widely used. Cotton fabrics were used in the early days, but now they are rarely used except for special needs due to limited sources. Chemical fiber such as polyester fiber can also be used. In epoxy engineering plastics, short glass fiber, asbestos fiber and cotton fiber can be used. Carbon fiber and its hybrid fiber with aramid fiber and high strength glass fiber are mainly used in high performance epoxy composites. Besides E-glass fiber and d-glass fiber, quartz fiber with better dielectric property can be used in radome.

(3) The interface layer between epoxy resin matrix and reinforcement is formed in the process of epoxy resin and reinforcement. The structure and properties of the interface layer are different from those of epoxy resin matrix and reinforcing materials. High quality interface layer performance ensures the high potential of matrix and fiber and the full realization of composite effect.
