一、产品说明：H600-F 是一种单组分UV/可见光固化改性丙烯酸酯防护涂料，主要用于PCB电子线路板、电子元组件、电器控制板、光电元件、玻璃、金属及各种塑料的表面披覆及保护作用。披覆后材料表面具有防潮、绝缘、防尘、防电晕等功能；本品具有粘度低、渗透性强、流平性好、固化速度快等特点；固化物韧性好，对大部分材料附着力优良，具有良好的三防及耐温，耐湿，耐老化功能。

三、固化性能：H600-F在空气环境下需要足够的紫外能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量，主要是200-400nm紫外光，推荐使用365nm紫外光源。

四、固化条件:

500-1000W高压汞灯,主要波长365nm；固化条件 800-1200mj/cm²

（具体固化依所使用的光源、胶膜厚度及被粘材料测试为准）

3、 Curing performance: h600-f needs enough UV energy radiation to cure in the air environment. The curing rate and curing effect need enough light energy, mainly 200-400nm UV light, 365nm UV light is recommended.

500-1000w high pressure mercury lamp, main wavelength: 365nm; curing condition: 800-1200mj / cm

(the specific curing shall be subject to the test of light source, film thickness and adherent material used)
