光固化技术在印刷行业的应用有哪些？

印刷行业上，UV胶印油墨的使用一改过去印刷品因油墨不干而需喷粉的弊病，并且色彩更鲜艳饱和，清晰度更佳。目前UV油墨已在网印、胶印、柔印、凹印、凸印、移印等不同印刷方式中得到应用。尤其开发出多种具有特殊效果的UV装饰性油墨，如冰花油墨、仿金属磨砂油墨、折光油墨、皱纹油墨、锤纹油墨、水晶油墨、发泡油墨等，它们都成了高档烟酒、保健品、化妆品和礼品包装的重要印刷材料。进入21世纪，UV喷墨油墨开发成功，成为户外大型广告和指示牌制作的生力军。另外，纸张的UV上光、局部上光，已成为书刊封面、明信片、广告宣传品、画张、外包装纸盒、装饰纸袋的重要装饰方法。生产不干胶标签最理想的方式是采用UV压敏胶和UV印刷，而用UV有机硅离型涂料制作的离型纸又是不干胶标签的理想衬底。饮料用易拉罐、食品用金属容器的涂装和装饰大量使用UV涂料和UV油墨。真空镀铝保护、塑料包装盒的金属化涂装，都需使用UV底漆和面漆，目前用来大量制作化妆品包装。

印刷版材制造是光固化技术最早应用的领域，胶印用PS版，凸印用的固体树脂和液体树脂版，柔印用的液体感光性柔性版和固体感光性柔性版，凹印用感光性树脂凹版，网印用感光胶和感光菲林膜，以及近年来发展的计算机直接制版（CTP）版材中的胶印高感PS版、紫激光版、UV-CTP版、CTP柔性版和网印CTS版，都是光固化产品。

The most ideal way to produce self-adhesive label is to use UV pressure sensitive adhesive and UV printing, and the release paper made of UV silicone release coating is the ideal substrate for self-adhesive label. UV paint and UV ink are widely used in the coating and decoration of beverage cans and food metal containers. UV primer and topcoat are used for vacuum aluminizing protection and metallization coating of plastic packaging box. At present, they are widely used in cosmetics packaging.
